Counseling Resources
Dealing with the loss of a friend or loved one is especially difficult when one is living away from home and the support of family and friends.  Please know that you can contact the MAST International staff at 1-800-346-6278 if you need to talk.

It may also be helpful to talk to your host trainer, other MAST students, or a local spiritual leader.  Others may need to speak to a professional; in this case, MAST will assist in finding an appropriate provider.
