Know Before You Go
See your health care provider before leaving home. Medical care in the U.S. can be very expensive, and your insurance policy may not cover dental care, eye care, or medications.
All participants are required to maintain medical coverage for illness and injury that meets or exceeds federal guidelines. If participants arrive with insurance, he/she must show proof of insurance coverage and it must meet the guidelines listed below. Dental coverage is not required but is recommended.
- Medical and accident expenses: $50,000 per illness/accident
- Emergency evacuation: $10,000
- Repatriation of remains: $7,500
- Deductible per injury: Not to exceed $500
- Co-payment: Not to exceed 20%
If a participant is not bringing their own medical insurance, MAST International offers CISI and AVI insurance. If you have questions about your insurance options, please contact MAST International.
International Driver's Permit
It is easier to drive in the U.S. with a International Driver's Permit. Without it, participants often have to wait several months to drive.

Dates: 2018 Orientation Dates
Arrival information - You should arrive to Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP airport) the Saturday or Sunday prior to your assigned orientation date unless instructed differently by MAST International.
