Being part of the Mast Program was a truly unforgettable experience—one that shaped me both personally and professionally. We formed bonds so deep that they have stayed alive through the years, and that is what I treasure the most.
In 2003, for example, we shared a home in Australia with another trainee from Hungary. It was so lovely to see her again. Last year, I had the beautiful opportunity to teach together with another trainee from my program in my home country. And this year, just a few months ago, life brought a large group of us together once more in Uruguay.
Sharing these experiences made me reflect even more on how transformative the Mast Program is—not only for developing technical knowledge, but especially for nurturing the soft skills that stay with us throughout life. The Mast Program gave us friendships that last a lifetime—and for that, I am endlessly grateful. ❤️
