MAST had a huge impact on my life and career path. Through the program, I spent one year working on a farm management program in Nebraska, where I gained hands-on agricultural experience, improved my professional skills, and learned how farming operations are managed in the United States. After that, I completed six months of Agricultural Business Management studies at the University of Minnesota in Minnesota, which expanded my knowledge of business, leadership, and the agricultural industry.
One of the most important parts of my MAST experience was the cultural exchange and personal growth. Coming to the United States through the program gave me the opportunity to see new ways of working, studying, and building a future. The experience helped me adapt to a new environment, improve my communication and leadership skills, and become more confident in pursuing long-term career goals. MAST was not only an educational program for me — it became a life-changing opportunity that helped shape the person I am today.
